Where is my order?

After placing an order, you can track your shipments in the following ways:

  1. From here. Please enter your order number and billing email address. This information can be found on the order receipt we emailed you shortly after the order was placed. Your order status/tracking information will be available next business day after the order is placed.Previously, your package needs to be prepared for delivery.If your tracking information is missing, we recommend that you try again later, update processes may require a couple of hours. Or, additionally: 
  2. If you have ordered as a registered customer , log into your My Account section and go to My Orders.
